If you are a Marine Institute student and find yourself in need of food before the Holiday season, there are options
Memorial University’s Campus Food Bank provides undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to combat hunger and poverty on campus while providing food security.
As a MI student, you are able to access the Campus Food Bank located in the basement of Corte Real, Burton’s Ponds Apartments on Memorial University’s St. John’s Campus.
A food bank registered with the Canadian Food Sharing Association, the Campus Food Bank provides assistance all year round with the exception of two weeks over the Christmas Holidays.
The Campus Food Bank is open Monday and Thursday from 3:30pm – 5:30pm and 7:00pm – 8:00pm, as well as Sunday from 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
Students must bring their MCP card number and/or a copy of their student number.
