The Marine Institute's Community Based Education Delivery unit (CBED) unveils its new website this week, centralizing key program, scheduling and registration information for clients in the aquaculture, environmental, fish harvesting and food processing sectors
www.mi.mun.ca/cbed features quick access to the latest course offerings, schedules, application forms, and price lists. The website also offers easy step-by-step information on how to register, helpful links to key agencies and an extensive frequently asked question section to assist students on everything from how to complete a medical to obtaining sponsorship for training.
Launched in 2011, CBED offers education and training programs in communities across Newfoundland and Labrador and in other areas of Canada. The unit's main office is located in St. John's with regional offices located in Lewisporte, NL and Iqaluit, Nunavut.
