The Community Based Education Delivery Unit (CBED) delivers training in various sectors and draws on education and experience of instructional staff within the School of Fisheries. These instructors have years of industrial experience and education in harvesting, processing, aquaculture and the marine environmental sectors.
CBED brings together instructors who best meet training needs to develop courses for clients that meet industry and government standards. CBED also has seasonal instructors dedicated to meet industry demands. These instructors offer knowledge of the industry and strong educational backgrounds to clients.
All instructional staff are familiar with industry training requirements. They are willing to deliver training throughout Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, as well as any requested location.
